30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:

• unused
  

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin, please email us at hello@foresale.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@foresale.co.uk if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to put things right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the unwanted item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Items must be in their original condition (as above).

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us at hello@foresale.co.uk.
